Paver rights
Cowboys Charity Limited ABN 89 603 728 427 (“Cowboys”) have the stadium rights to the paver area in the southern precinct of Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
Cowboys agree to grant paver rights to the donor in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Payment options
All donations are made to Cowboys Community Foundation, the registered trading name of Cowboys Charity Limited, a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ABN 89 603 728 427).
How to pay
Once you have made your donation selection, you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on our website is by credit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details. Our bank will send us an authority that your credit card payment has been approved.
The cards we accept
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards via a secure payments system linked directly to our bank, which will authorise all credit card payments. We can accept cards issued in Australia or overseas.
Direct debit
Donations can be made by direct deposit. Please complete the enquiry form indicating your payment preference or email enquiries@cowboysfoundation.org.au. Please use the following details to complete your payment.

Payment currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Receipt
We issue an electronic receipt with payment information received from our bank for each donation. Donations of $2 and more are tax deductible.
Laying of pavers
Cowboys will install the donation acknowledgement paver in the Captains Walk at Queensland Country Bank Stadium in the southern precinct (paver area). This venue is owned and managed by Stadiums Queensland.
You acknowledge, accept and agree that we do not possess any ownership of the paver area and that our right to use the stadium and the paver area is subject to the stadium rights and the rights of any third party with greater priority in title to us.
You acknowledge, accept and agree that you can’t specify the exact location of its paver in the paver area and you accept that we have a discretion about where all pavers will be placed in the paver area.
Release & indemnity
You release us from and indemnify us against any claim that arises in relation to the paver or the paver rights for any reason including but not limited to:
- any breach of any third party’s intellectual property rights because of the use of your name;
- the loss of the paver or the paver rights because of any occurrence out of our reasonable control, including any termination of the stadium rights;
- If we are required or compelled to remove the paver area under a direction from Stadiums Queensland or any other body with power to require or compel its removal; or
- damage to or loss of your paver due to the acts or negligence of any third party.
Term
This agreement will commence on the donation date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, will continue for the term.
“Term” means the period commencing on the donation date and expiring on the earlier of:
- expiration or earlier determination of the Stadium Rights;
- Stadiums Queensland giving us a direction (or becoming obliged at law) to remove the paver;
- loss or destruction of the paver;
- 10 years after the donation date.
At the end of the term, we are not required to remove the paver or your name.
Refunds & cancellations
A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error, please email enquiries@cowboysfoundation.org.au or call 07 4773 0700 as soon as possible. Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt, including once the process for production of the donation acknowledgement paver has commenced.
