The Cowboys Community Foundation, the charity arm of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, supports the community that supports us through our life-changing programs.

These programs include NRL Cowboys House, removing distance as a barrier to quality secondary education for Indigenous students from some of Australia's most remote and educationally disadvantaged communities.

Promotional period: Monday 22 April 2024 to 3pm, Friday 17 May 2024; or raffle closes after all tickets sold (whichever is sooner).

Drawn: 9am, Monday 20 May 2024 or next business day after all tickets sold (whichever is sooner).

Prizes: One (1) YETI Prize Pack (valued at $165) including:

Description of promotion:

• Patrons may purchase tickets by scanning the QR code provided with the prize pack during the promotional period.
• Tickets cost $20 each.
• Prize will be drawn at 9am, Monday 20 May 2024 or the following business day after the last ticket has been sold (whichever is sooner).
• Prize will be drawn by the Cowboys Community Foundation at The Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate Qld 4810 and the winner will be invited to collect their prize in person within 14 days of the draw.     
• Winner will be notified by phone or email with the prize to be collected from the Cowboys Community Foundation at The Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate.

Conditions:

• Patrons and visitors to Riverway Chempro Chemist, Shop 6 / 981 Riverway Drive, Rasmussen QLD 4815, who are 18 years or over are eligible to enter the draw.
• Entrants do not have to be present to win, however they must provide valid contact details on their entry to be contacted should they win the prize. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their entry is legible and valid. Illegible and invalid entries will be void and redrawn.
• Ticket sales will open from Monday 22 April 2024 at Riveray Chempro Chemist.
• Ticket sales close when all tickets (25) have been sold or at 3pm, Friday 17 May (whichever is sooner). 
• The winner may be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prize.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services.
• Prize is supplied in the condition at the prize draw.
• No current members of the Board of Directors, Management, Staff or any householder or immediate family member of the abovementioned people of the Cowboys Community Foundation (CCF) while on duty or paid contractors while working at the CCF are eligible to participate in this promotion.
• In the event of a force majeure (delay or inability to perform, including caused by war (whether declared or not), insurrections, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbance, unavailability of equipment, fire, storm or other acts of God or severe action of the elements, accidents, government or statutory restrictions or from other causes whether like or unlike the foregoing which are unavoidable or beyond the reasonable control of the Client) the Cowboys Community Foundation reserves the right to cancel the promotion.
• The Cowboys Community Foundation reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Cowboys Community Foundation, whose decision is final. The Cowboys Community Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is involved in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Cowboys Community Foundation. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Cowboys Community Foundation may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
• If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Cowboys Community Foundation’s control, the Cowboys Community Foundation may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at the Cowboys Community Foundation’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
• The Cowboys Community Foundation's decisions in regards to the promotion are final; no correspondence will be entered.
